本研究的目的是术后认知功能障碍易感基因鉴定及其作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to identify the susceptibility genes of postoperative cognitive dysfunction and its mechanism of action.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

MMSE评分<24分；CT检查排除器质性脑损伤，有癫痫、焦虑及抑郁等神经、心理系统疾病或严重躯体疾病、既往有脑病者，药物依赖、物质滥用及或近三个月内使用抗惊厥药物，镇静药、抑郁药、视听障碍、有长期失眠，因其他原因无法访视交流的患者，预测可能发生或曾发生困难气道等患者

Exclusion criteria：

CT examination eliminate organic brain damage, such as epilepsy, anxiety and depression, psychological system disease or severe body disease, always with encephalopathy, drug dependence, substance abuse, and/or use nearly three months anticonvulsants, sedatives and antidepressants, seeing and hearing disorders, has the long-term insomnia, for other reasons can't visit patients to communicate, to predict possible or happened difficult airway patients
