The machine learning model, which is based on early quantitative brain morphological features in high-risk infants, achieves individualized and accurate prediction of neurodevelopmental outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 缺失Gesell量表； 2.围产期临床资料不完整； 3.MRI图像质量不佳或颅内重大结构性病变； 4.重复的多次检查； 5.图像分割或特征提取失败。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Missing Gesell scale; 2. Incomplete perinatal clinical data; 3. Poor MRI image quality or major intracranial structural lesions; 4. Repeated multiple examinations; 5. Failure in image segmentation or feature extraction.

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

The Gesell Developmental Scale (GDS) comprises five domains: Adaptive Behavior, Social Behavior, Language, Gross Motor, and Fine Motor. DQ score of less than 75 is defined as developmental abnormality, while the control group is defined as having all domain scores above 75.

Our target population comprises newborns at risk due to factors encompassing the maternal period (pre- and during pregnancy), birth, and the postnatal phase (including after discharge), which have the potential to impact their physical and mental development.

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

Population with condition difficult to distinguish from the target condition, the normal population in a case-control study design should be avoid:

Newborns with known genetic or metabolic disorders that lead to developmental disabilities, whose neurodevelopmental impairments are often a recognized consequence of the condition itself, such as Down syndrome (Trisomy 21), Phenylketonuria, and Congenital Hypothyroidism.
