研究目的：

探究血小板功能指标对中老年血栓(出血)事件发生是否具有预测指导作用  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring whether platelet function indicators have predictive guidance on the occurrence of thrombosis (bleeding) in middle-aged and elderly patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

非干预性实验，无药物治疗 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Non interventional trial, no drug treatment 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.残疾、明显处于非健康或疾病状态；2.有较严重的心、肝、肾、肺功能不全，总胆红素＞3倍正常值，谷草转氨酶（AST） 或谷丙转氨酶（ALT）＞3倍正常值；3.有严重过敏反应史；4.神经系统疾病或心理状况不良者（含癫痫、抑郁、其它精神病史等）；5.已知或确诊血清HIV阳性，梅毒抗体阳性，乙型肝炎,丙型肝炎或其它严重传染性疾病志愿者；6.有认知功能障碍，或不能理解和签署知情同意书者；7.凝血功能障碍者及即将或者正在使用抗凝药物志愿者；8.近一个月内或者试验期间经历其他手术、跌打损伤、外伤（含骨折）等的志愿者；9.本次检测/体检后将改变应用抗血小板药物品种、剂量者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Disability, apparently in non-health or disease state;
2. More severe heart, liver, kidney, lung insufficiency, total bilirubin > 3 times normal value, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) > 3 times normal value;
3. History of severe allergic reaction;
4. Nervous system disease or poor mental condition (including epilepsy, depression, other history of mental illness, etc.);
5. Known or confirmed serum HIV positive, syphilis antibody positive, Hepatitis B, hepatitis C or other serious infectious disease volunteers;
6. People with cognitive dysfunction, or unable to understand and sign informed consent;
7. Coagulone dysfunction and volunteers who are about to use or are using anticoagulant drugs;
8. Volunteers who experienced other operations, bruises, trauma (including fractures) within the past month or during the trial;
9. This test/physical examination will change the application of antiplatelet drugs and doses;
10. With malignant tumors or infectious disease.
