研究目的：

利用CBCT三维重建，并结合统计学方法，比较不同人群中，腺扁肥大与颅面形态或咬合与牙齿形态之间的相关性，更好地指导临床工作。  

Objectives of Study：

By using CBCT three-dimensional reconstruction and combining statistical methods, the correlations between adenoid hypertrophy and craniofacial morphology or occlusal and dental morphology in different populations were compared to better understand clinical work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.初诊前有正畸治疗史；
2.既往颅面损失或手术；
3.有唇腭裂或其他颅颌面部畸形者；
4.既往腺样体和/或扁桃体切除；
5.囊肿或肿瘤史；
6.精神障碍或智力障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of orthodontic treatment before the initial diagnosis;
2.Previous craniofacial loss or surgery;
3.People with cleft lip and palate or other craniofacial deformiti;
4.Previous adenoid and/or tonsillectomy;
5.History of cysts or tumors;
6.People with mental or intellectual disabilities;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本试验采用研究编号代替受试者病历号和姓名的方式，防止隐私在临床检查信息采集、计算和统计的过程中被泄露。研究资料全程由研究者保管，放在上锁的柜子里防止受试者隐私受到侵害，除研究者以外的人员不可私自翻阅研究资料，并对所有研究人员培训保密的重要性。研究数据仅在课题组范围内使用，不进行共享和二次利用。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this trial, the research number was used instead of the medical record number and name of the subjects to prevent privacy from being leaked during the collection, calculation and statistics of clinical examination information. The research materials are kept by the researchers throughout the process and placed in locked cabinets to prevent the privacy of the subjects from being violated. No one other than the researchers is allowed to access the research materials privately, and all researchers are trained on the importance of confidentiality. The research data is only used within the scope of the research group and will not be shared or reused.
