明确 IASLC Grade II 分级浸润性肺腺癌患者复发的高危因素，建立复发风险预测模型，为临床制定个体化治疗方案和预后评估提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify high-risk factors for recurrence in patients with IASLC Grade II invasive lung adenocarcinoma and establish a recurrence-risk prediction model, providing a basis for individualized treatment planning and prognostic assessment in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤； 2.临床资料不完整，关键信息缺失； 3.缺乏随访数据或失访； 4.存在严重的基础疾病，如严重的心、肝、肾等脏器功能衰竭，可能影响研究结果判断。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concomitant malignancy of any other primary origin; 2. Incomplete clinical records or missing critical data elements; 3. Loss to follow-up or absence of post-operative surveillance data; 4. Severe systemic comorbidities (e.g., advanced cardiac, hepatic, or renal failure) that could confound outcome assessment.
