研究目的：

产后抑郁是产妇在产后出现以心境低落为核心的一系列抑郁症状，其发生、发展的过程受到复杂的生物、心理和社会因素交互作用。产后抑郁对婴儿、产妇及其家庭和社会造成了非常不利的影响，受到社会的广泛关注。如何通过社区平台，探讨适用于产后妇女的有效的预防性干预措施，实施有步骤、有计划的预防保健和干预工作，是亟待解决的问题。因此，本研究以网络为载体，为社区产后妇女开展预防性干预的实证研究，目的是验证该预防性干预模式的有效性，为预防产妇发生产后抑郁的发生发展提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Postpartum depression is a series of depressive symptoms in postpartum women with low mood as the core. The occurrence and development of postpartum depression are affected by complex biological, psychological and social factors. Postpartum depression has a very negative impact on infants, mothers, their families and society, and has attracted wide attention from the community. How to explore effective preventive interventions for postpartum women through community platforms, and to implement step-by-step and planned preventive health care and interventions is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the purpose of this study which provides preventive intervention for postpartum women in the community through network is to verify the effectiveness of the preventive intervention model and provide a reference for the prevention of postpartum depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 由于先天性因素及后天环境因素导致的脑部器质性疾病、或受教育程度过低等原因导致智力低下而无法阅读并理解文字内容、语言表达受限者；
2) 重症精神障碍及严重躯体性疾病患者；
3) 经PHQ-9评分为大于5分的中重度抑郁症状产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with brain organic diseases due to congenital and acquired environmental factors, or low level of education, resulting in mental retardation and inability to read and understand text, Language expression limited;
2) Patients with severe mental disorders and severe physical diseases;
3) Women with moderate to severe depressive symptoms greater than 5 points by PHQ-9 score.
