本研究通过构建 “AI 辅助的智能临床实习手册”,能够精准破解麻醉专业学生临床阶段面临的 “学生实践机会匮乏、教学资源分配不均、风险防控难度大” 等核心痛点,为学生提供动态适配、个性定制、智能驱动的临床实习指导方案。  

Objectives of Study:

This study, by developing an "AI-assisted intelligent clinical practice manual", can precisely address the core pain points faced by anesthesia students during the clinical stage, such as "lack of practical opportunities, uneven distribution of teaching resources, and high difficulty in risk prevention" , and provide students with a dynamic, personalized, and intelligent-driven clinical practice guidance plan.

It is double-blinded by "central randomization system + sealed envelope" based on stratified block randomization, conducted by third-party statisticians not involved in the research. After the randomization results are confirmed, they will be informed to the corresponding teaching staff by the third party.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

1、制定《麻醉规培生 AI 模拟教学研究病例记录表》,内容涵盖受试者基线信息(性别、年龄、基础理论成绩)、4次模拟教学的干预过程记录(模拟病例名称、操作时长)、主要结局指标(课后考试成绩、Mini-CEX 评分)、次要结局指标(教师满意度 和自评问卷得分、学生情绪和认知负荷评分),所有记录由经过培训的研究人员双人核对录入,确保数据准确性 2、采用ResMan 电子数据采集系统搭建本研究专属数据库,实现数据的电子化录入、逻辑核查、数据溯源及权限管理,所有数据录入人员均分配独立账号,操作留痕,定期进行数据质控,保障数据完整性和安全性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

1. Develop the "AI Simulation Teaching Research Case Record Form for Anesthesia Trainees", which covers the baseline information of the subjects (gender, age, basic theory scores), the intervention process records of the four simulation teaching sessions (name of the simulated case, duration of operation), the main outcome indicators (post-class examination scores, Mini-CEX scores), and the secondary outcome indicators (teacher satisfaction and self-assessment questionnaire scores, student emotional and cognitive load scores). All records are double-checked and entered by trained researchers to ensure data accuracy. 2. Use the ResMan electronic data collection system to build an exclusive database for this study, enabling electronic data entry, logical verification, data traceability, and permission management. All data entry personnel are assigned independent accounts, with operation traces, and regular data quality control is conducted to ensure data integrity and security.
