研究目的：

1.通过前瞻性收集临床数据，开发并验证一个能够客观、准确预测微创甲状腺手术难度的术前评分系统； 2.评估术前指标在诊断甲状腺手术难度的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop and validate a preoperative scoring system that can objectively and accurately predict the difficulty of minimally invasive thyroid surgery through prospective collection of clinical data; 2. Evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of preoperative indicators in diagnosing the difficulty of thyroid surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.融合或固定的颈淋巴结； 2.颈部手术或放射治疗史； 3.术前喉镜检查提示声带固定； 4.术前检查提示侵犯相邻器官，如食管、气管或喉返神经； 5.资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fused or fixed cervical lymph nodes; 2. History of neck surgery or radiotherapy; 3. Preoperative laryngoscopy indicating vocal cord fixation; 4. Preoperative examination suggesting invasion of adjacent organs, such as the esophagus, trachea, or recurrent laryngeal nerve; 5. Incomplete data.
