评估高频rTMS刺激左侧前额叶背外侧区（DLPFC）对改善长新冠患者认知与疲劳症状的有效性和安全性，并利用可穿戴设备获取的客观生理数据验证主观症状的改善  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluating High-Frequency rTMS on Left DLPFC for Long COVID Cognitive Fatigue: Efficacy, Safety, and Validation via Wearable Device Data.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在rTMS禁忌症（如颅内金属植入物、心脏起搏器、癫痫个人史或家族史）； 2. 既往有明确诊断的严重神经系统疾病、精神疾病或严重躯体疾病； 3. 近期（1个月内）参与其他干预性临床研究； 4. 存在酒精或药物滥用史或无法配合完成评估或治疗程序。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications to rTMS (e.g., metal implants in head, pacemaker, epilepsy). 2. Pre-existing major neurological, psychiatric, or systemic diseases. 3. Recent enrollment (within 1 month) in another interventional trial. 4. Alcohol or substance abuse or inability to comply with study protocols.
