Objectives of Study：

We aim to investigate whether a popular hand exercise could be used to improve the action of eating in patients with Alzheimers disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准为:(1)肝脏、肾脏或血液的严重病变，或内分泌系统的原发性疾病;(2)过去、现在可能影响吞咽功能的其他疾病，如头颈肿瘤、食管肿瘤、颅骨损伤;(3)营养依赖于胃管或食管;(四)生命体征不稳定。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe pathologies of the liver, kidneys, or blood, or primary disease of the endocrine system;
(2) Other past or current diseases that may have affected swallowing function, such as tumors of the head or neck, tumors of the esophagus, or cranial injury;
(3) Depending on gastric tube or feeding tube for nutrition; and
(4) Unstable vital signs. Demographic and comorbidity information were collected from their medical records.
