研究目的:

阐明 CXCR5 +CD8 +T 细胞免疫与 TLS 形成在 HBV 疾病发生发展中的特点和 与预后关系; 阐明影响 CXCR5 +CD8 +T细胞功能和 TLS 形成可能的因素;证明 CXCR5 +CD8 +T 细胞功能的恢复对HBV 抗病毒治疗增效的作用;证明 DDX1 诱 导 CXCR5 +CD8 +T 细胞功能抑制并影响 TLS 形成和促进 HBV 病毒逃逸的作用。  

Objectives of Study:

Elucidate the characteristics and prognostic relationship of CXCR5 CD8 T cell immunity and TLS formation in the occurrence and development of HB disease; clarify the possible factors affecting the function of CXCR5 CD8 T cells and TLS formation; demonstrate the role of the restoration of CXCR5 8 T cell function in enhancing the antiviral therapy of HBV; demonstrate the role of DDX1 in inducing the functional suppression of CXCR5 CD8 T cells and affecting TLS formation and promoting HBV viral escape.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.所有患者排除其他肝炎病毒(甲肝、丙肝、丁肝、戊肝)、HIV 或其他严重 细菌、真菌等感染,排除自身免疫性、酒精性、药物性、脂肪肝性等其他因素引 起的肝损伤,合并其他系统严重原发性疾病的患者也同时排除。

Exclusion criteria:

1.All patients were excluded from other hepatitis viruses (hepatitis A, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, hepatitis E), HIV or other bacterial, fungal and other infections, autoimmune, alcoholic, drug-induced, fatty liver and other factors causing liver damage were excluded, and patients with other severe primary diseases of systems were also excluded.
