研究目的:

1.探讨微观结构MRI技术在肾脏疾病诊断中的应用价值,尤其是对肾脏微观结构改变的评估能力。 2.评估MRI技术对肾脏功能的定量分析能力,包括肾血流灌注、组织结构及病理改变的评估。 3.建立基于MRI技术的肾脏疾病诊断及功能评估体系,为临床提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Explore the application value of microstructure MRI technology in the diagnosis of kidney diseases, especially its ability to assess the changes in the microscopic structure of the kidneys. 2. Evaluate the quantitative analysis ability of MRI technology for kidney function, including the assessment of renal blood perfusion, tissue structure, and pathological changes. 3. Establish a diagnosis and function assessment system for kidney diseases based on MRI technology, providing scientific evidence for clinical practice.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.有MRI检查禁忌或图像质量差,不能获得定量参数; 2.存在肾脏畸形或严重肾积水。

Exclusion criteria:

1.There are contraindications for MRI examination or the image quality is poor, making it impossible to obtain quantitative parameters; 2. There are kidney malformations or severe hydronephrosis.
