研究目的：

探究动物实验中发现的受到叶酸补充影响的关键tsRNA，在人群血液和精子中进行验证，从而将实验结果外推到人群，从而为我国居民通过改变父代叶酸营养状况来降低子代动脉粥样硬化发病风险方面提供理论依据和证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the key tsRNA found in animal experiments that is affected by folic acid supplementation, and verify it in the blood and sperm of the population, so as to extrapolate the experimental results to the population, so as to provide theoretical basis and evidence for Chinese residents to reduce the risk of atherosclerosis in their offspring by changing the folic acid nutritional status of their fathers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 发热、感染性疾病，胃肠道疾病者 2. 合并肝胆疾病、恶性肿瘤、内分泌疾病及其他自身免疫性疾病，合并心肝脑肾等重要脏器严重损害者 3. 入组前4周内服用甲氨蝶呤等叶酸拮抗剂药物

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fever, infectious diseases, gastrointestinal diseases 2. Patients with combined liver and gallbladder diseases, malignant tumors, endocrine disorders, and other autoimmune diseases, as well as severe damage to important organs such as liver, liver, brain, and kidneys 3. Take folic acid antagonists such as methotrexate within 4 weeks before enrollment
