研究目的：

探索基于额颞网络时空编码特征探究五音言语训练重塑语言流畅功能的作用机制及失语症语言功能、日常沟通能力以及沟通效率方面的临床疗效，并结合脑电图（rsEEG、ERP）、核磁共振检查及近红外成像系统检查探讨其对大脑神经电生理活动的影响。从而促使中医康复治疗技术现代化，以及言语康复治疗技术的推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of five-tone speech training in reshaping language fluency function and the clinical efficacy of aphasia language function, daily communication ability and communication efficiency based on the temporal and spatial coding characteristics of frontotemporal network. Combined with EEG ( rsEEG, ERP ), nuclear magnetic resonance examination and near-infrared imaging system examination to explore its effect on brain electrophysiological activity. So as to promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment technology and the popularization and application of speech rehabilitation treatment technology.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①原发性失语症，或其他疾病（例如：脑外伤、脑肿瘤、脑部感染等）导致的非脑卒中失语症； ②构音器官器质性病变所致的言语障碍、或认知功能障碍严重、或意识不清，导致无法配合语言功能检查及完成相关干预治疗者； ③存在严重的听觉或视觉功能障碍者； ④存在脑卒中严重并发症（例如：下肢深静脉血栓、严重呼吸系统感染、上消化道出血等）； ⑤患有其他严重疾病（例如：严重心肺功能不全、癫痫、恶性肿瘤、以及心、肝、肾功能衰竭等）； ⑥患有严重精神疾病（例如：抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症等）； ⑦核磁禁忌症（例如：金属假牙、金属植入物等）。 凡具有以上条件之一者，均排除出此研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Primary aphasia, or other diseases ( such as : brain trauma, brain tumors, brain infections, etc. ) caused by non-stroke aphasia 2.Patients with speech disorder, or severe cognitive dysfunction, or unclear consciousness caused by organic lesions of articulation organs, who could not cooperate with language function examination and complete relevant intervention treatment 3.Patients with severe auditory or visual dysfunction 4.There were serious complications of stroke ( such as lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, severe respiratory infection, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. ) 5.Suffering from other serious diseases ( such as : severe heart and lung dysfunction, epilepsy, malignant tumors, and heart, liver, kidney failure, etc. ) 6.Suffering from severe mental illness ( e.g. depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc. ) 7.Nuclear magnetic contraindications ( such as : metal dentures, metal implants, etc. ). Anyone with one of the above conditions is excluded from this study.
