本项目旨在建立一个针对中国青少年的心理健康纵向队列，通过多维度、多方法的追踪评估，旨在实现以下主要目的： (1)描绘发展轨迹：描绘青少年常见心理健康与行为问题（以非自杀性自伤、焦虑、抑郁为研究重点）的自然发展轨迹。 (2)探索机制：探索与这些问题相关的潜在风险与保护性因素，重点考察躯体感知（如内部感知、疼痛感知）、认知决策及相关生物学指标（如血浆炎症、代谢标志物）的作用。 (3)建立预测模型：建立一个多维度的风险预测模型，为早期识别和精准干预高危青少年提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to establish a longitudinal cohort focused on the mental health of Chinese adolescents. Through multi-dimensional and multi-methodological follow-up assessments, the main objectives are: (1) Depicting Developmental Trajectories: To depict the natural developmental trajectories of common mental health and behavioral problems in adolescents, with a research focus on Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI), anxiety, and depression. (2) Exploring Mechanisms: To explore the potential risk and protective factors associated with these problems, with a focus on the role of somatic perception (e.g., interoception, pain perception), cognitive decision-making, and related biological indicators (e.g., plasma inflammatory and metabolic biomarkers). (3) Establishing a Prediction Model: To establish a multi-dimensional risk prediction model that will provide a scientific basis for the early identification and precision intervention of high-risk adolescents.

排除标准：

1.存在急性自杀风险（需立即进行危机干预者）。 2.当前或既往有明确的严重精神疾病诊断（如精神分裂症、双相障碍I型、或其他精神病性障碍）。 3.存在可能影响认知或情绪的神经系统疾病或发育障碍。 4.存在可能严重影响免疫、代谢或疼痛系统的重大躯体疾病。 5.过去6个月内，符合酒精或药物滥用/依赖的诊断标准。 6.正在服用可能影响中枢神经系统、免疫系统或疼痛感知的特定药物。 7.存在冷压测试禁忌症（如雷诺氏现象、冷过敏、严重心血管疾病或未愈合的手部伤口）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of acute suicide risk (requiring immediate crisis intervention). 2. Current or past diagnosis of a severe mental disorder (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder type I, or other psychotic disorders). 3. Presence of neurological disease or developmental disorder potentially affecting cognition or mood. 4. Presence of major physical illness significantly impacting the immune, metabolic, or pain systems. 5. Meeting diagnostic criteria for alcohol or substance abuse/dependence within the past six months. 6. Currently taking specific medications that may affect the central nervous system, immune system, or pain perception. 7. Presence of contraindications for cold pressor testing (e.g., Raynaud's phenomenon, cold allergy, severe cardiovascular disease, or unhealed hand wounds).

本项目为观察性纵向队列研究，不涉及随机分组。根据大规模基线筛查（T0）的结果和预设的临床标准，符合相应标准的被试被划分为非自杀性自伤组和健康对照组。其中，健康对照组将在招募时与非自杀性自伤组进行年龄和性别匹配。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study is an observational longitudinal cohort study and does not involve randomization. Based on the results of the large-scale baseline screening (T0) and pre-established clinical criteria, participants meeting the corresponding criteria were allocated to the Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Group and the Healthy Control Group. The Healthy Control Group will be age- and gender-matched to the Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Group during recruitment.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data Collection The data source is Southern Medical University. The data collection tools include psychological scales (such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7), as well as cognitive-behavioral experimental tasks and biological sample collection. The data collection procedure will be executed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), covering time points, methods, and personnel training. Data quality control includes data validation, logical checks, and outlier management. Data Management The data storage location is the Data Center of the Department of Psychology at Southern Medical University. Data confidentiality will be ensured through the de-identification of private information and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. For data sharing, the raw data will be uploaded to the OSF platform on January 20, 2029. Data oversight is provided by the Biomedical Ethics Committee of Southern Medical University.
