研究目的：

本研究拟招募处于心理亚健康状态的大学生接受VR情绪反馈训练，评估VR情绪反馈训练对该类人群心理健康的影响，对比治疗前后被试心理健康水平及生理指标的变化，为推广VR情绪反馈训练在心理亚健康人群中的应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to recruit college students in a mental sub-health state to receive VR emotional feedback training, evaluate the impact of VR emotional feedback training on the mental health of this group, compare the changes in the mental health level and physiological indicators of the subjects before and after treatment, and provide a theoretical basis for promoting the application of VR emotional feedback training in the mental sub-health population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在可能干扰虚拟现实干预的严重身体疾病（如心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤）。 2. 患有良性阵发性眩晕、偏头痛或眼科疾病，这些疾病可能由VR设备引发或加剧。 3. 通过MINI-SCID评估的当前或终生精神疾病诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of severe physical illnesses (e.g., cardiovascular disease, malignant tumor) that could interfere with VR intervention. 2.With conditions such as benign positional paroxysmal vertigo, migraine, or ophthalmic diseases that may be triggered or exacerbated by VR devices. 3.Current or lifetime diagnosis of psychiatric disorders, as assessed by the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI-SCID).
