研究目的：

评估蓝激光前列腺汽化术在治疗良性前列腺增生患者中的疗效及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Assessment of the Efficacy and Safety of Blue Laser Vaporization of the Prostate in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重心肺功能障碍，无法耐受手术者。 2. 凝血功能障碍，存在明显出血倾向（如血小板减少性紫癜、血友病等），且无法通过术前纠正达到手术要求者。 3. 急性泌尿系统感染期，应在感染控制后再考虑手术治疗。 4. 合并严重神经系统疾病，导致膀胱功能障碍，无法配合手术及术后康复者。 5. 疑似或确诊前列腺癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction who are not tolerant of surgery. 2. Patients with coagulation disorders and significant bleeding tendencies (e.g., thrombocytopenic purpura, hemophilia) that cannot be corrected preoperatively to meet surgical requirements. 3. Patients in the acute phase of urinary tract infection, who should undergo surgery only after infection control. 4. Patients with concurrent severe neurological diseases causing bladder dysfunction and inability to cooperate with surgery or postoperative rehabilitation. 5. Suspected or confirmed prostate cancer.
