分析原发性开角型青光眼患者存在的甲皱襞微循环异常情况，以及人群中视网膜微循环与甲皱襞微循环的关系  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the abnormalities of microcirculation in peimary open angle glacucoma and the relationship between retinal microcirculation and nailfold microcirculation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

结缔组织病、糖尿病、高血压及其他影响甲皱襞微循环的相关疾病；一个月内手指部受过外伤；抗凝、抗血小板类药物使用；女性生理期；发烧等其他全身不适症状；眼部手术及外伤史;角膜变性、葡萄膜炎、视神经炎及视网膜病变者。

Exclusion criteria：

Diseases that affect systemic blood flow, including connective tissue disease, diabetes, hypertension and so on; finger injured in one month; use of anticoagulant, antiplatelet and affected circulation drugs; female in menstrual cycle; fever and other symptoms of general malaise; surgical and trauma history about eye; corneal degeneration, uveitis, optic neuritis and retinopathy.
