研究目的：

1.主要目的：探索rSO2监测与OSAHS患者围术期并发症（术后谵妄、呼吸抑制、低氧血症、心血管事件等）的关联性，评估其预测价值并形成可操作的预警阈值; 2.次要目的：比较不同严重程度OSAHS患者（AHI：轻度5-15、中度16-30、重度>30次/小时）在术前—术中—术后各关键时点的rSO2动态变化及其与常规监测（SpO2、血压、心率）的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary Objective: To investigate the correlation between regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rSO2) monitoring and perioperative complications in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), including postoperative delirium, respiratory depression, hypoxemia, and cardiovascular events, with the aim of evaluating its predictive utility and establishing actionable warning thresholds; 2.Secondary Objective: To compare the dynamic changes of rSO2 at key perioperative time points (preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative) among patients with varying severity of OSAHS (mild: AHI 5–15, moderate: 16–30, severe: >30 events/hour), and to assess its correlation with conventional monitoring parameters such as SpO2, blood pressure, and heart rate.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.紧急手术； 2.严重肝肾功能不全（Child-Pugh C级或eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m^2）； 3.既往脑血管病史或严重认知功能障碍； 4.颅骨缺损影响rSO2监测； 5.既往心脏疾病史、严重的肺疾病史； 6.妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C or eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73m^2); 3. History of cerebrovascular disease or severe cognitive impairment; 4. Skull defects affecting rSO2 monitoring; 5. History of heart disease or severe lung disease; 6. Pregnant women.
