Objectives of Study：

to explore the periodic characteristics and dynamic changes of glucose-lipid metabolic profiles at both the population and individual levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

无，观察性研究，无用药

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①近期采用避孕措施者，主要包括过去3个月内使用宫内节育器和过去2个月使用激素避孕； ②患有子宫疾病者，主要包括子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤或子宫腺肌病； ③患有卵巢疾病者，主要包括卵巢早衰、卵巢肿瘤； ④患有恶性肿瘤、免疫系统疾病、内分泌疾病、糖尿病、高血压、精神疾病者； ⑤细菌、真菌或病毒感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with recent contraceptive use, including primarily the use of intrauterine devices (IUDs) within the past 3 months and hormonal contraception within the past 2 months; 2. Individuals with uterine diseases, including endometriosis, uterine fibroids, or adenomyosis; 3. Individuals with ovarian diseases, including premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and ovarian tumors; 4.Individuals with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, endocrine diseases, diabetes mellitus (DM), hypertension, or mental illnesses; 5. Individuals with bacterial, fungal, or viral infections.
