研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性分析，探讨无痛胃肠镜检查后恶心呕吐的危险因素，为优化内镜诊疗的镇静技术、药物选择、以及不良反应的预防和处理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the risk factors for nausea and vomiting after painless gastroenteroscopy through prospective analysis, so as to provide a scientific basis for optimizing sedation techniques, drug selection in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment, as well as the prevention and management of adverse reactions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

凝血功能障碍；伴心肺肝肾等重要器官功能异常（ASA分级Ⅳ、Ⅴ级）；合并丙泊酚、瑞马唑仑等麻醉药物使用禁忌症；长期使用镇静镇痛药物；急性上消化道出血或消化道穿孔；近 2 周内有呼吸道感染史；心理社会疾病或认知功能障碍；检查前24小时之内已使用过止吐药物；妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Coagulopathy; accompanied by dysfunction of major organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys (ASA physical status classification Ⅳ, Ⅴ); combined with contraindications to the use of anesthetic drugs such as propofol and remimazolam; long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding or gastrointestinal perforation; history of respiratory tract infection within the past 2 weeks; psychosocial disorders or cognitive dysfunction; use of antiemetic drugs within 24 hours prior to the examination; pregnant or lactating women.
