1.5T MRI目前依然是各个医院的主力机型之一,在影像同质化检查的当下,不同场强型号磁共振规范采集垂体磁共振影像,在垂体检查中的临床效果。 ACR 在 2013 年颁布的 MRI 图像质量认证指南 (MRI Accreditation Program Clinical Image Quality Guide),3.0 T 磁共振在成像质量及成像时间方面相比 1.5 T 设备更具优势。我们本次研究致力于①主要目的:通过应用DLR技术降噪和超分辨率两种关联的技术,缩短患者在MRI狭窄空间的检查时间,降低运动伪影产生概率,并提高图像空间分辨率,为患者提供高效的医疗服务。②次要目的:探索并验证DLR技术在1.5T垂体3D-MRI中的临床应用价值,通过使⽤CNN和图像退化建模进⾏图像增强,提高影像图像质量及SNR。为临床提供更多的解剖图像信息。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1.5T MRI is still one of the main models of various hospitals. At the moment of image homogenisation examination, different field strength models of magnetic resonance imaging standards collect pituitary magnetic resonance imaging, which has a clinical effect in pituitary examination . MRI Accreditation Program Clinical Image Quality Guide promulgated by ACR in 2013, 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging quality And the imaging time is more advantageous than the 1.5 T equipment. Our research is committed to the main purpose of 1: by applying two related technologies of DLR technology, noise reduction and super resolution, we can shorten the examination time of patients in the narrow space of MRI, reduce the probability of motion artefacts, and improve the spatial resolution of images, so as to provide efficient medical services for patients. 2 Secondary purpose: To explore and verify the clinical application value of DLR technology in 1.5T pituitary 3D-MRI, and to improve the image quality and SNR through the use of CNN and image degradation modelling for image enhancement. Provide more anatomical image information for clinical practice. |
