研究目的：

1.了解当前非透析CKD患者饮食管理方案，探究患者当前的饮食体验，归纳其饮食行为的促进与障碍因素，并明确患者的偏好及需求； 2.基于ITHBC理论，构建适合于非透析CKD患者的饮食管理方案,为临床进行非透析CKD患者的营养管理提供参考； 3.探索基于ITHBC的营养管理方案对于非透析CKD患者自我管理、饮食依从性、营养状态、生活质量、肾功能的具体影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the current dietary management plans for non-dialysis CKD patients, explore patients' current dietary experiences, summarize the facilitators and barriers to their dietary behaviors, and identify patients' preferences and needs; 2. Based on the ITHBC theory, develop a dietary management plan suitable for non-dialysis CKD patients, providing a reference for clinical nutrition management of these patients; 3. Explore the specific effects of an ITHBC-based nutritional management plan on non-dialysis CKD patients' self-management, dietary adherence, nutritional status, quality of life, and kidney function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已进行透析或肾移植的患者； 2.生活不能自理的患者； 3.有认知功能障碍或精神疾患的患者； 4.合并其他严重疾病的患者； 5.存在严重并发症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have undergone dialysis or kidney transplantation; 2. Patients who are unable to care for themselves; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 4. Patients with other severe diseases; 5. Patients with serious complications.
