1. 探讨在线正念干预对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童及其家长的影响 2. 探讨在线正念干预如何影响儿童注意缺陷多动障碍症状的机制 3. 扩大在线正念干预在临床情况下的应用，并提供改进其设计和应用的方向  

Objectives of Study：

1. To examine the effects of online mindfulness-based intervention on Chinese children with ADHD symptoms and their parents 2. To explore the mechanisms of online mindfulness-based intervention about how to influence the symptoms of children 3. To expand the application of online mindfulness-based intervention in clinical situations and provide directions of improving its design and application

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.家长被诊断患有发育障碍、精神病或其他认知障碍，因此可能在阅读和理解研究内容方面存在困难. 2.患有孤独症谱系障碍或智力障碍等其他发育障碍的儿童。 3.完成为期八周的 MBI 或同等项目的家长。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Parents who have been diagnosed with developmental disabilities, psychosis, or other cognitive impairments, who may thus have difficulties in reading and comprehending the contents of the research; 2.Children with another developmental disability such as autistic spectrum disorder or intellectual disability; 3. Parents who completed an eight-week MBI or equivalent program.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

在符合条件的家长确认参与研究后，研究团队的研究助理将使用R软件包blockrand，采用分层随机法将他们分配到在线家庭MBI干预组或心理教育项目的积极对照组。随机比例为 1:1。在每个分层（即仅ADHD或合并症）中，R 软件包将生成几个唯一的 ID，将其随机分配到最小可用的 2 或 4 个组块中，以保持两组样本量的平衡。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

After the eligible parents confirm their participation in the research, the research assistant in the research team will use stratified randomization to allocate them into either the intervention arm of the online family MBI or the active control arm of the psychoeducation program by using the R package blockrand. The ratio of randomization will be 1:1. In each stratum (i.e., ADHD only or with comorbidities), the R package is going to generate several unique IDs to randomly allocate them into the minimum available block size of 2 or 4 for keeping a balance of the sample sizes in two groups.
