研究目的：

1、评估线上微视频心理训练营对初中教师心理健康（如心理韧性、情绪调节、睡眠质量改善等）的促进作用，探索其可行性。 2、为教育系统提供可推广的、低成本的教师心理健康线上干预模式，弥补传统线下心理辅导的局限性（如时间、空间、隐私性等）。 3、通过系统化训练内容，增强教师的自我觉察能力、心理调适技能及心理健康教育能力，间接促进学生心理健康发展。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the promoting effect of online micro video psychological training camp on the mental health of junior high school teachers, such as psychological resilience, emotional regulation, and improvement of sleep quality, and explore its feasibility. 2. To provide a scalable and low-cost online intervention model for teachers' mental health in the education system, filling the limitations of traditional offline psychological counseling such as time, space, privacy, etc. 3. By systematizing training content, teachers can enhance their self-awareness, psychological adjustment skills, and mental health education abilities, indirectly promoting students' mental health development.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 正在接受心理治疗或存在认知功能障碍者； 2. 有药物滥用或成瘾行为； 3. 拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals undergoing psychological therapy or experiencing cognitive impairment; 2. Engaging in drug abuse or addictive behavior; 3. Refuse to sign the informed consent form.

由一名不参与招募与干预的独立研究人员，利用微信小程序生成随机序列，将180个受试位置随机分配至两个等容组别，即微视频心理干预组与对照组，每组各90人。

An independent researcher who did not participate in recruitment and intervention used a WeChat mini program to generate a random sequence and randomly assigned 180 study sites to two equal volume groups, namely the micro video psychological intervention group and the control group, with 90 participants in each group.
