研究目的：

1、探索医教家康复模式对运动发育迟缓儿童干预的效果； 2、探索医教家康复模式对运动发育迟缓儿童家庭负担的影响； 3、探索医教家结合模式的可行性指标和推广实施的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effect of the medical-educational-family rehabilitation model on the intervention of children with motor delay. 2. To explore the impact of the medical-educational-family rehabilitation model on the family burden of children with motor delay. 3. To explore the feasibility indicators and influencing factors for the promotion and implementation of the medical-educational-family integration model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.儿童患有严重心、肝、肾等原发性疾病; 2.儿童患有出血性疾病; 3.儿童存在严重视、听、触知觉及智力功能障碍; 4.儿童患有进行性肌萎缩、重症肌无力; 5.儿童或其监护人无法配合或完成康复治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, etc.; 2. Children with hemorrhagic diseases; 3. Children with severe impairments in vision, hearing, tactile perception, or intellectual function; 4. Children with progressive muscular atrophy or myasthenia gravis; 5. Children or their guardians are unable to cooperate with or complete rehabilitation treatment.
