研究目的：

以细胞外组蛋白为标志物，比较新通气策略组和传统通气策略组患者在肺损伤、炎症反应发生发展和预后的差异，探讨跨肺压指导的新肺通气策略可能的肺保护机制, 为肺保护提供新的科学线索和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

By measuring the level of extracellular histones, compare the differences between the new ventilation strategy group and the traditional ventilation strategy group in lung injury and inflammatory response and explore the possible lung protection mechanism of the new lung ventilation strategy guided by transpulmonary pressure, providing new scientific clues and methods for lung protection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 气道压力＞30cmH2O；
② 吸氧浓度＞80%；
③ 机械通气时间＞7天；
④ 颅内出血；
⑤ 存在使用肝素的禁忌症；
⑥ 近期有食道手术史或损伤史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Airway pressure＞30cmH2O;
2. Inspired oxygen concentration＞80%;
3. Duration of mechanical ventilation＞7 days;
4. Intracranial hemorrhage;
5. Contraindications to the use of heparin;
6. History of esophagus surgery or injury.
