研究目的：

评估改良内镜辅助硬膜下血肿清除术治疗CSDH，相对于钻孔引流术，能否降低CSDH的复发率，并验证其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether the modified endoscopic-assisted chronic subdural hematoma evacuation procedure, compared with the drilling drainage method, can reduce the recurrence rate of CSDH and verify its safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.预期寿命小于1年；
2.受试者无法接受随访；
3.双侧CSDH；
4.既往接受过包括CSDH手术干预治疗；
5.急性硬膜下血肿；
6.既往接受过冠状动脉支架或瓣膜手术；
7.无法控制的出血性疾病或血液病；
8.CT或MRI证据显示颅内肿瘤或肿块病变压迫脑；
9.不能耐受全麻或手术；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Life expectancy less than 1 year;
2.Subjects unable to undergo follow-up;
3.Bilateral CSDH;
4.Previous surgical interventions for CSDH including operative treatment;
5.Acute subdural hematoma;
6.Previous coronary stent or valve surgery;
7.Uncontrolled hemorrhagic disease or hematologic disorde;
8.CT or MRI evidence showing intracranial tumor or space-occupying lesion compressing the brain;
9.Inability to tolerate general anesthesia or surgery.
