研究目的：

基于决策树算法综合中老年2型糖尿病合并肌肉减少症患者的临床特征、代谢参数、营养指标等多维度数据，并据此构建一个风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the decision tree algorithm, integrate multidimensional data including clinical features, metabolic parameters, and nutritional indicators of middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with sarcopenia, and construct a risk prediction model accordingly.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.数据资料收集不完整； 2.不能配合握力的测定,不能独立行走者； 3.有精神障碍性疾病； 4.长期卧床、肢体残缺、运动障碍性疾病、严重器官功能障碍(呼吸系统、消化系统、血液系统等疾病)、 恶性肿瘤的终末期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The data collection is incomplete; 2.Those who cannot cooperate with the grip strength test and cannot walk independently; 3.Has a mental disorder; 4.Patients who are bedridden for a long time, have physical disabilities, movement disorders, severe organ dysfunction (such as diseases of the respiratory, digestive, or hematological systems), or are in the terminal stage of malignant tumors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究数据全程电子化管理，通过电子病历系统采集数据，采用统一设计的excel表录入，数据的全程采集、分析均由研究组内成员完成，研究ID代替姓名，论文发表后一年内销毁数据

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The research data is managed electronically throughout the entire process. Data is collected through the electronic medical record system and entered using a uniformly designed Excel sheet. All data collection and analysis are carried out by members of the research team. Research IDs are used instead of names, and the data will be destroyed within one year after the publication of the paper.
