研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性分析2020年2月至2025年2月在我科行Angiojet血栓抽吸术的下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床资料，探讨Angiojet血栓抽吸术患者术中寒战的发生原因及预防措施。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the causes and preventive measures of intraoperative shivering in patients undergoing Angiojet thrombectomy by retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (LEDVT) who underwent Angiojet thrombectomy in our department from February 2020 to February 2025.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患下肢深静脉血栓但未行介入手术或未行 Angiojet 血栓抽吸术的病例；血培养结果阳性或降钙素原升高等提示感染的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

Cases of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT) who did not undergo interventional procedures or did not receive AngioJet thrombectomy; cases with positive blood culture results or elevated procalcitonin levels suggesting infection.
