研究目的:

本研究旨在通过随机交叉饮食干预,比较中国式预制菜与新鲜全食物饮食对健康成年人血液代谢指标、肠道菌群组成及其代谢产物的影响,从而评估不同饮食加工度对人体代谢健康的短期效应。  

Objectives of Study:

This randomized crossover dietary intervention aims to compare the effects of Chinese-style pre-prepared meals and freshly cooked whole-food diets on metabolic parameters, gut microbiota composition, and microbiota-derived metabolites in healthy adults, thereby evaluating the short-term metabolic impact of different levels of food processing.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 已确诊糖尿病、脂肪肝、高血压、代谢综合征等代谢性疾病; 2. 长期服用降糖药、降脂药、激素或免疫抑制剂; 3. 妊娠期、哺乳期或计划近期怀孕的女性; 4. 食物过敏或特殊饮食限制(如素食主义、乳糖不耐受等); 5. 无法按要求完成饮食干预或样本采集者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Diagnosed with diabetes, fatty liver disease, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, or other chronic metabolic disorders; 2. Long-term use of glucose-lowering drugs, lipid-lowering agents, hormones, or immunosuppressants; 3. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study period; 4. Food allergies or specific dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarianism, lactose intolerance); 5. Unable or unwilling to comply with dietary interventions or biological sample collection.

本研究采用计算机生成的随机数字表进行分组。随机序列由与研究实施人员独立的第三方研究人员生成并保管,研究团队在受试者入组后按照序列依次分配干预顺序。

This study used a computer-generated random number table for grouping. The random sequence is generated and stored by a third-party researcher independent of the research implementation personnel, and the research team assigns intervention orders according to the sequence after the subjects are enrolled.

De-identified raw data, including clinical measurements, metabolomics results, and metagenomic sequencing data, will be made publicly available within 6 months after study completion. Data will be shared via the ResMan Public Data Platform (ChiCTR) and the National Scientific Data Sharing Platform of China, and access links will be provided upon publication.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

病例记录表(CRF): 采用纸质和电子版CRF同步记录受试者基本信息、饮食依从性、实验室指标及样本编号。 所有CRF由两名研究人员交叉核对,签字确认后存档。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Case Report Form (CRF): Both paper-based and electronic CRFs will be used to collect demographic data, dietary adherence, laboratory results, and sample ID codes. All CRFs are double-checked, signed, and archived by two independent researchers.
