探究双耳差频音乐是否能作为一项新的方法降低无痛胃肠镜检查期间焦虑并减少镇静需求

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether binaural differential frequency music can serve as a new method to reduce anxiety and the need for sedation during painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重心、肺、脑、肝、肾脏疾病病史； 2.慢性酗酒、药物滥用病史； 3.神经肌肉疾病或者精神病患者； 4.麻醉药物过敏； 5.困难气道； 6.口服血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或口服血管紧张素受体阻滞剂的患者； 7.无法完成无痛胃肠镜检查的患者； 8.严重感觉器官缺失（如视力或听力受损）和/或无法正常沟通； 9.甲状腺功能障碍； 10.患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of severe heart, lung, brain, liver or kidney diseases; 2. History of chronic alcoholism and drug abuse; 3. Patients with neuromuscular diseases or mental illnesses; 4. Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 5. Difficult airway; 6. Patients who take oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or oral angiotensin receptor blockers; 7. Patients who are unable to complete painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy; 8. Severe loss of sensory organs (such as vision or hearing impairment) and/or inability to communicate normally; 9. Thyroid dysfunction; 10. The patient refused.

盲法：

本研究为双盲设计，受试者、研究者、数据管理人员与统计人员均不清楚各受试者的具体分组情况。盲法通过以下几个具体流程实现：试验器械：试验组耳机与对照组耳机在外观、质感、外界声音和包装上完全一致；试验分组：双耳差频音乐和单纯降噪仅通过随机分配的受试者编号和组别代码标识；职责分离：耳机佩戴、音乐播放由不参与该试验其他流程的独立人员完成。负责最终数据分析的研究人员在分析前不清楚具体分组

Blinding：

This study was a double-blind design. Neither the subjects, the researchers, the data managers nor the statisticians were clear about the specific groupings of each subject. The blinding method is achieved through the following specific processes: Experimental equipment: The headphones of the experimental group and the control group are completely consistent in appearance, texture, external sound and packaging. Test grouping: Binaural differential frequency music and simple noise reduction were identified only by randomly assigned subject numbers and group codes; Separation of duties: The wearing of headphones and music playback are carried out by independent personnel who do not participate in other processes of this trial. The researchers responsible for the final data analysis were not clear about the specific groupings before the analysis

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The basic information of the subjects was collected through electronic medical records. The State Anxiety Scale (STAI-S), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for Pain, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were recorded through questionnaires. Meanwhile, the dosage of cyclopofol during sedation, changes in blood pressure and heart rate, and the satisfaction of clinical participants after gastroscopy and colonoscopy were also recorded
