Explore the implementation methods of exercise interventions for patients in the transitional period after gastric cancer surgery in clinical settings, scientifically promote the application of exercise intervention nursing evidence, and improve patient outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴有神经系统疾病或精神障碍的患者； 2. 意识不清、病情不稳定或身体极度虚弱的患者； 3. 合并其他脏器恶性肿瘤的患者； 4. 存在运动禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with neurological diseases or mental disorders; 2. Patients who are unconscious, have unstable conditions, or are extremely weak; 3. Patients with malignant tumors in other organs; 4. Patients with contraindications to exercise.

采用区组随机化方法，设置以4为大小的区块组，由不知情硕士研究生使用SAS软件生成随机列表，采用先来先入组的原则，按照1：1的比例将患者随机分配到试验组和对照组中并完成基线的评估。考虑到运动干预的特性，只要求收集资料者盲法。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A block randomization method was used, with block groups of size 4. A blinded master's student generated the random lists using SAS software. Following a first-come, first-served principle, patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio, and baseline assessments were completed. Considering the nature of the exercise intervention, only the data collectors were required to be blinded.
