本研究旨在通过探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑复合小剂量艾司氯胺酮在老年患者无痛结肠镜检查中的应用，为临床行此类检查的患者选择更加安全、有效、合理的麻醉方案提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the application of remimazolam toluenesulfate combined with low-dose esketamine in painless colonoscopy for elderly patients, in order to provide a reference for clinicians in selecting a safer, more effective and reasonable anesthesia plan for patients undergoing such examinations.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对本研究所用药物过敏； 2.长期使用镇痛类或麻醉性药物； 3.精神疾病或不能配合完成检查者； 4.不能理解或不能配合完成评分； 5.患者拒绝参加。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to the drugs used in this study; 2.Have been using analgesic or anesthetic drugs for a long time; 3.Have mental disorders or are unable to cooperate with the examination; 4. Cannot understand or cannot cooperate to complete the scoring; 5. The patient refuses to participate.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用不透明信封法。根据SPSS 26.0统计软件对174例患者的随机分组结果，由一名专门负责随机与盲法的麻醉护士对这些患者进行顺序编号01～174，然后由系统设置的随机数字种子生成对应数字，根据生成数字的大小顺序排序分组，得出分组结果。在这174个不透明的信封封面上逐一标上数字（1，2......，174），折叠好记录着分组结果的纸条，塞进与纸条有对应序号的174个信封中密封后保存好。当符合纳入标准的第1个病人入组时，由专人拆开封面写着“1”的信封，查看纸条后明确其分组结果，依此类推。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The opaque envelope method was adopted. Based on the random grouping results of 174 patients obtained by the SPSS 26.0 statistical software, an anesthesia nurse specifically responsible for randomization and blinding numbered these patients sequentially from 01 to 174. Then, the system-generated random number seed was used to generate corresponding numbers, and the patients were grouped according to the ascending order of the generated numbers, resulting in the grouping results. On each of the 174 opaque envelopes, the numbers (1, 2, ..., 174) were marked one by one. The papers recording the grouping results were folded and placed into the envelopes with corresponding serial numbers (174 envelopes), sealed and stored properly. When the first patient meeting the inclusion criteria was enrolled, a dedicated person would open the envelope marked "1", check the paper, and clearly determine its grouping result. This process was repeated in sequence.
