研究目的：

（1）通过Elisa实验探究ApoA-Ⅳ是否可以作为早期绝经后骨质疏松患者的血清标志物； （2）通过BMP2-Smad1信号通路抑制的使用反转了NG对MC3T3-E1细胞ALP活性的诱导作用，表明NG可能通过激活BMP2-Smad1信号通路从而调节骨代谢。 （3）通过NG灌胃来验证其在改善骨质疏松的同时，还可以提髙绝经后骨质疏松大鼠ApoA-IV水平。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore whether ApoA-IV can serve as a serum marker for early postmenopausal osteoporosis patients through ELISA experiments; (2) The induction of ALP activity in MC3T3-E1 cells by NG was reversed through inhibition of the BMP2-Smad1 signaling pathway, suggesting that NG may regulate bone metabolism by activating the BMP2-Smad1 signaling pathway. (3) Validate that NG, through gastric administration, not only improves osteoporosis but also increases ApoA-IV levels in postmenopausal osteoporotic rats.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 内分泌疾病（甲亢、甲状旁腺功能亢进）。 2. 长期使用糖皮质激素或抗癫痫药物。 3. 维生素D缺乏、慢性肾病、多发性骨髓瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Endocrine diseases (hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism). 2. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or antiepileptic drugs. 3. Vitamin D deficiency, chronic kidney disease, multiple myeloma, etc.
