研究目的：

本研究严格筛选腰椎退行性疾病的患者，测量DTI、IDEAL-IQ、LAVA-Flex相关参数改变，并与常规MRI、CT、X线片进行比较，旨在探讨DTI、IDEAL-IQ、LAVA-Flex测量是否可以帮助诊断腰椎退变，同时评价腰椎退变程度。 探讨DTI、IDEAL-IQ、LAVA-Flex技术是否可以帮助诊断及评估腰椎退行性疾病，同时评价腰椎退变程度。  

Objectives of Study：

This study rigorously recruited patients with lumbar degenerative diseases, quantified parameter changes on DTI, IDEAL-IQ, and LAVA-Flex sequences, and compared these findings with conventional MRI, CT, and X-ray,to explore whether DTI, IDEAL-IQ, and LAVA-Flex MRI techniques can help diagnose lumbar degenerative diseases, and evaluate the degree of lumbar degeneration at the same time.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在MR检查禁忌证； 2.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 3.由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications of MR examination; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients who cannot give full informed consent due to mental or behavioral disorders.
