研究目的：

比较不同止吐药物联合应用对妇科腹腔镜手术术后恶心呕吐的防治作用，探索更精准、有效的防治手段，从而显著降低PONV的发生率，提高患者术后满意度，促进患者术后快速康复。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of different antiemetic drugs used in combination on the prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting in gynaecological laparoscopic surgery, explore more precise and effective prevention and treatment methods, thereby significantly reducing the incidence of PONV, improving patient postoperative satisfaction, and promoting rapid postoperative recovery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、术前合并严重感染，严重心功能不全，肝、肾功能不全； 2、手术前24h内使用已知对PONV的发生有影响的止吐药、糖皮质激素或精神药物； 3、慢性疼痛史，长期服用镇痛药或精神类药物史（包括阿片类、NSAIDs 和抗抑郁药）； 4、患者术前有放化疗史； 5、患有糖尿病； 6、存在严重听力障碍/语言表达障碍/精神疾病，无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe infection, severe heart failure, or liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; 2. Use of antiemetic drugs, glucocorticoids, or psychiatric medications within 24 hours before surgery that are known to affect the occurrence of PONV; 3. History of chronic pain, long-term use of analgesics or psychiatric medications (including opioids, NSAIDs, and antidepressants); 4. History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 5. Diabetes; 6. Severe hearing impairment, language expression disorders, or mental illness, making patient unable to cooperate.
