研究目的：

本研究探讨术中留置预取石通道的优势：提高建立第二取石通道的精准度，以减少出血、提高取 石率，提供一个手术风险的可控制策略。以期为泌尿外科医生治疗复杂性肾结石时提供一个低风 险、优结果且可行的手术新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the advantages of intraoperatively retaining a preplanned nephrostomy tract: it enhances the precision of establishing a second tract to reduce bleeding, improve stone retrieval rates, and provide a controllable strategy for surgical risks. The aim is to offer urologists a novel, low-risk, high-outcome, and feasible surgical approach for managing complex renal stones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究分成两组：1.对照组：PCNL术中同时建立两个取石通道；2.实验组 ：PCNL术中留置一个预取石通道+一个取石通道，探讨术中留置预取石通道的优势。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study is divided into two groups: 1. Control group: two nephrolithotomy tracts were established simultaneously during PCNL; 2. Experimental group: one preplanned nephrostomy tract was retained along with one nephrolithotomy tract during PCNL, to evaluate the advantages of intraoperatively retaining a pre-established tract. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并有先天性肾脏畸形、曾行过肾移植或尿流改道术者； 2. 术前使用抗凝药物者或凝血功能异常者； 3. 合并严重肺脏、心脏功能 不全以及重要器官功能衰竭不能耐受手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congenital renal anomalies, previous renal transplantation, or urinary diversion; 2. Patients who have taken anticoagulant medications preoperatively or have coagulation disorders; 3. Patients with severe pulmonary or cardiac dysfunction, as well as vital organ failure, who cannot tolerate the surgery.
