研究目的：

本研究旨在通过综合分析PET/CT影像中肿瘤及全身健康器官的放射组学特征，构建基于机器学习的非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者预后预测模型，探索健康器官影像信息在患者整体健康状态评估中的增益价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to construct a machine learning based prognosis prediction model for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients by comprehensively analyzing the radiomic features of tumors and healthy organs in PET/CT images, and to explore the added value of healthy organ imaging information in the overall health status assessment of patients.

排除标准：

1.影像数据不完整或质量较差； 2.存在其他严重基础疾病影响预后评估的患者； 3.拒绝参与本研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete or poor quality image data; 2.Patients with other serious underlying diseases affecting prognosis assessment; 3.Patients who refuse to participate in this study;
