本项目旨在针对“卷烟+电子烟”双重使用者这一新型吸烟人群，开展基于基因分型的个体化戒烟治疗策略研究，系统评估其在临床戒烟实践中的疗效与安全性，建立可推广、可复制的精准干预模式  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to focus on the emerging smoking population of dual users of "cigarettes + electronic cigarettes", conducting research on individualized smoking cessation treatment strategies based on genotyping. It systematically evaluates the efficacy and safety of these strategies in clinical smoking cessation practice, and establishes a scalable and replicable precision intervention model

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.当前仅使用卷烟或者仅使用电子烟； 2.对酒石酸伐尼克兰、盐酸安非他酮或类似成分过敏； 3.怀孕或哺乳期妇女； 4.基础条件较差、患有心脑血管疾病、慢性呼吸疾病、糖尿病等疾病； 5.合并用药大于3种者； 6.患有精神疾病及吸毒者；既往患有癫痫病史者； 7.经研究者判断处于其他无法达到研究要求的疾病或精神状态； 8.30天内接受过其他戒烟治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.only cigarettes or only electronic cigarettes are used;
2.Allergic to tartrate-based nicotine, bupropion hydrochloride, or similar ingredients;
3.Have received other smoking cessation treatments within 30 days;
4.Pregnant or lactating women;
5.Poor basic conditions, suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes, and other diseases;
6.Those who take more than 3 types of medications;
7.Those with mental illnesses and drug addicts; those with a history of epilepsy;
8.Subjects who, according to the researcher's judgment, suffer from other diseases or mental states that make them unable to meet the research requirements;

非研究团队的统计人员，采用分层区组随机方法，以烟草依赖严重程度评分Fagerstrom Test for Tobacco dependence (FTND)作为分层因素，将研究参与者根据基线FTND评分，分为以下轻中度依赖组与重度依赖组，在每一分层内，按照1:1比例采用区组随机分组方法，将研究参与者随机分配至个体化组与常规治疗组：

The non-research team's statistical personnel employed a stratified block randomization method, using the Fagerstrom Test for Tobacco Dependence (FTND) as the stratification factor. Based on the baseline FTND scores, the study participants were divided into the following groups: mild to moderate dependence group and severe dependence group. Within each stratum, a 1:1 ratio was used to randomly allocate participants to the individualized treatment group and the conventional treatment group using a block randomization method
