研究目的：

本研究聚焦于失眠患者SWS的睡眠脑电，通过不同参数的tACS干预探索其对SWS的影响。 （1）通过既往失眠患者睡眠脑电的比较，寻找SWS睡眠期脑电频谱特征及其在缺乏SWS患者中的变化，寻找SWS下降的电生理标记； （2）在失眠患者中验证SWS下降相关电生理标记对主观睡眠质量的预测，并构建预测模型； （3）在失眠患者中应用tACS干预，比较不同参数的tACS参数对SWS电生理标记的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the sleep EEG of slow-wave sleep (SWS) in insomnia patients, exploring the effects of tACS interventions with different parameters on SWS. （1）Through comparative analysis of sleep EEG data from previous insomnia patients, we aim to identify spectral characteristics of SWS and their alterations in SWS-deficient patients, thereby identifying electrophysiological markers of SWS decline; （2）To validate the predictive value of these SWS-related electrophysiological markers for subjective sleep quality in insomnia patients and construct a predictive model; （3）To implement tACS interventions in insomnia patients and compare the effects of different tACS parameters on SWS electrophysiological markers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

SWS 电生理标记指标筛选 1. 各类重性精神疾病（精神分裂症、物质滥用、双相情感障碍、精神发育迟滞等）引起的继发性失眠或共病失眠； 2. 伴有严重睡眠呼吸暂停、不安腿综合征、异态睡眠等其他睡眠障碍的患者； 3. 睡眠监测脑电数据质量差（如睡眠期间连续 2 小时以上数据缺失的）。 电生理指标预测主观睡眠质量模型 1.各类精神疾病（精神分裂症、物质滥用、双相情感障碍、精神发育迟滞等）引起的继发性失眠或共病失眠； 2.服用精神活性药物或躯体性疾病导致的失眠； 3.伴有严重睡眠呼吸暂停、不安腿综合征、异态睡眠等其他睡眠障碍的患者； 4.孕期或哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

SWS Electrophysiological Marker Screening 1. Secondary insomnia or comorbid insomnia caused by various major psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, mental retardation, etc.); 2. Patients with other sleep disorders accompanied by severe sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, parasomnias, etc.; 3. Poor quality EEG data from sleep monitoring (e.g., more than 2 consecutive hours of data missing during sleep). Electrophysiological Indicators Predicting Subjective Sleep Quality Model 1.Secondary insomnia or comorbid insomnia caused by psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, intellectual disability, etc.); 2.Insomnia induced by psychoactive medications or organic diseases; 3.Patients with comorbid severe sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, parasomnias, or other sleep disorders; 4.Pregnant or lactating women.
