研究目的：

探讨保留棘上韧带连续性的改良椎板回植技术治疗上颈椎椎管内肿瘤的疗效及对颈椎稳定性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and influence on cervical spine stability of modified laminectomy technique to preserve the continuity of supraspinous ligament for the treatment of upper cervical spinal canal tumors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脊柱失稳患者； 2.肿瘤侵及椎板等骨组织； 3.不能完全切除的椎管内肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Spinal instability patients; 2.Tumor invasion of bone tissue such as lamina; 3.Incomplete resection of intraspinal tumor.
