类风湿性关节炎：对称小关节肿痛；系统性红斑狼疮：多见于育龄期女性，主要表现为发热、面部红斑、光过敏、脱发、口腔溃疡、关节节痛、关节肿累及多系统；干燥综合征：主要表现为口干、眼干、龋齿等；骨关节炎：主要为负重关节疼痛；骨质疏松:多见于绝经期女性；自身免疫性肝病：不明原因肝功能异常；皮肌炎：特征性皮疹（向阳征等）、四肢近端肌肉疼痛，肌酶升高；肌炎：四肢近端肌肉疼痛，肌酶升高；痛风：多有饮酒史，第一跖趾

This project aims to systematically elucidate the immune pathogenesis of rheumatic autoimmune diseases, discover new biomarkers for early diagnosis and targeted treatment, and explore precise treatment strategies based on individual genetic background and immune characteristics.
