General: To determine the association between the age and effect of X-ray radiation. Specific: 1.To assess the oxidative stress responses of different X-ray radiation doses on exfoliated buccal epithelial cells. 2.To explore the effect of different radiation does on exfoliated stress responses on exfoliated buccal epithelial cells.(OPG, CBCT)  

Objectives of Study:

General: To determine the association between the age and effect of X-ray radiation. Specific: 1.To assess the oxidative stress responses of different X-ray radiation doses on exfoliated buccal epithelial cells. 2.To explore the effect of different radiation does on exfoliated stress responses on exfoliated buccal epithelial cells.(OPG, CBCT)

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

Patients who do not meet all of the above inclusion criteria and exhibit any of the following characteristics will be excluded: 1. Systemic diseases such as leukemia, lymphoma, rheumatic diseases, diabetes, etc. 2. History of treatments such as head and neck radiation therapy, immunosuppressive, or cytotoxic drugs. 3. Individuals with infectious diseases or inflammatory conditions. 4. Local pathological changes, such as macroscopic abnormalities, gum and periodontal diseases. 5. Pregnant women. 6. Individuals wearing removable dentures or intra-oral appliance.
