对不同降尿酸药物组合疗效差异这个问题展开探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

Discuss the difference between the efficacy of uric acid lowering drugs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 在过去的5年内有任何系统的恶性肿瘤病史； 2. 肝病活动期或肝功异常者（ALT、AST、TBIL为正常值上限3倍以上）；或有肝硬化病史，肝硬化失代偿阶段，或有肝性脑病的病史； 3. 严重的肾脏疾病； 4. 急慢性炎症性病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of any malignant tumor in the past 5 years;
2. People with active liver disease or abnormal liver function (ALT, AST, TBIL are more than 3 times the upper limit of normal values); or have a history of liver cirrhosis, decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis, or a history of liver encephalopathy;
3. Severe kidney disease;
4. Acute and chronic inflammatory lesions.
