探究基于微信雨课堂的自助式正念教养对孤独症患儿照顾者教养压力以及焦虑、抑郁、生活满意度和歧视知觉等次要结局的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the effectiveness of self-help mindful parenting intervention delivered via Rain Classroom on WeChat on parenting stress and secondary outcomes such as anxiety, depression, life satisfaction, and perceived discrimination among caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有或者曾经患有重大躯体疾病或影响皮质醇水平的疾病、患重大精神疾病或存在物质滥用情况、经历过重大事件者，及其子女患有其他重大疾病（如严重心脑血管疾病等）者； 2.具有自杀意念者（PHQ-9第九条目“有不如死掉或有某种方式伤害自己的念头”2分及以上，界定为存在自杀意念）或有自杀史者； 3.近3个月内接受过针对性心理干预，或已被纳入其他心理干预研究者； 4.曾接受过专业的正念教养训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals diagnosed with or having a history of major physical illnesses (including conditions known to affect cortisol levels), major mental disorders, substance abuse, or significant life events; or whose child has major medical conditions other than ASD (e.g., severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases). 2.Individuals exhibiting suicidal ideation (defined as scoring ≥2 on item 9 of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9: "Thoughts that you would be better off dead or of hurting yourself in some way") or having a history of suicide attempts. 3.Individuals who have received targeted psychological interventions within the past 3 months or are currently enrolled in other psychological intervention studies. 4.Individuals with prior professional training in mindful parenting.

A team member who does not participate in other parts of the trial generated a pseudo-random permutation of numbers (01-66) using the randomization website Random.org (https://www.random.org/lists/). Participants are allocated to either the intervention group (random number between 01 and 33) or the waitlist control group (random number between 34 and 66), implementing a 1:1 allocation ratio.
