明确空间分割放疗（SFRT）改善野生型的转移性非小细胞肺癌的免疫背景来提高疗效，并尝试探索其潜在机制  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify how spatial fractionated radiotherapy (SFRT) modifies the immune microenvironment in wild-type metastatic non-small cell lung cancer to enhance therapeutic efficacy, and to explore its potential mechanisms.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 小细胞肺癌或非小细胞/小细胞混合型肺癌 2: ECOG > 1分 3: 原发病变或转移灶均直径小于<3cm 4: 具有不稳定的脑转移病变 5: 具有活动性肝炎、免疫系统基础疾病无法耐受免疫治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1: Small cell lung cancer or non-small cell/small cell mixed-type lung cancer 2: ECOG PS more than 1 3: Primary lesion or metastatic sites both <3cm in diameter 4: With unstable brain metastases 5: With active hepatitis or other abnormal immunological conditions rendering patients intolerant to subsequent immunotherapy
