研究目的：

评估乳铁蛋白益生菌产品对降低0-6岁健康婴儿上呼吸道感染发生率的作用。上呼吸道感染以鼻咽部卡他症状为主，可有喷嚏、鼻塞、流清水样鼻涕、咽部充血等症状。比较3个月干预期测试组和对照组上呼吸道感染发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of a lactoferrin–probiotic product on reducing the incidence of upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs) in healthy infants aged 0–6 years. URTIs are characterized mainly by catarrhal symptoms of the nasopharynx, which may include sneezing, nasal congestion, watery rhinorrhea, and pharyngeal congestion. The incidence of URTIs will be compared between the intervention and control groups after a 3-month intervention period.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）目前喂养方式为母乳喂养儿/混合喂养儿； （2）纯配方粉喂养，但食用配方粉为为高乳铁和高BB12含量的奶粉； （3）持续食用益生菌或乳铁蛋白相关产品； （4）重度感染或接受过外科手术的患儿； （5）个人或家庭对乳粉过敏、乳糖不耐受的病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Currently breastfed or mixed-fed infants; (2) Exclusively formula-fed infants consuming formula with high lactoferrin or high *Bifidobacterium bifidum* (BB12) content; (3) Children who have been continuously consuming probiotic or lactoferrin-related products; (4) Children with severe infections or a history of surgical procedures; (5) Personal or family history of milk allergy or lactose intolerance.
