研究目的：

本研究拟采用多组分运动类型—功能性运动矩阵、高强度间歇训练模式干预接受蒽环类药物的乳腺癌患者，开展前瞻性病例系列研究。通过观察患者左心室射血分数与生物标志物的变化，探讨功能性运动矩阵在预防和减轻乳腺癌患者心脏毒性的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study proposes a prospective case series to investigate a multi-component exercise intervention—comprising a Functional Exercise Matrix and High-Intensity Interval Training—in breast cancer patients receiving anthracycline-based therapy. The safety and efficacy of the Functional Exercise Matrix in preventing and attenuating cardiotoxicity will be evaluated by monitoring changes in left ventricular ejection fraction and relevant biomarkers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对持续锻炼有任何的局限性，心肺运动测试禁忌症者，患有胸廓及脊柱畸形、呼吸系统疾病等影响超声图像质量者； 2.有增加蒽环类药物心脏毒性风险的因素（糖尿病、血脂异常、高血压、吸烟，饮酒，BMI>35 kg / m^2）； 3.孕妇及哺乳期女性； 4.有进行其他类型运动训练或药物保护的研究； 5.预期生存期<24个月者，营养不良(BMI<18 kg/m^2)或前3个月体重下降10%者； 6.既往有心血管疾病病史如冠心病、心肌病、心脏瓣膜疾病、心律失常等； 7.接受过≥2种降压药物； 8.其他：严重贫血(血红蛋白< 8g /dL)不能通过输血和/或补充铁和/或维生素缺乏症来纠正；急性感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any contraindication to sustained exercise or cardiopulmonary exercise testing; presence of conditions affecting ultrasound image quality, such as thoracic or spinal deformities or respiratory diseases. 2. Factors increasing the risk of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity (e.g., diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, smoking, alcohol consumption, BMI > 35 kg/m²). 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Previous history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy; concurrent participation in other interventional studies involving exercise training or cardioprotective drugs. 5. Expected survival < 24 months; malnutrition (BMI < 18.5 kg/m²) or weight loss > 10% within the previous 3 months. 6. History of cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, or arrhythmia. 7. Use of >=2 classes of antihypertensive medications. 8. Others: Severe anemia (hemoglobin < 8 g/dL) not correctable by transfusion and/or supplementation of iron/vitamin deficiencies; active infection.
