研究目的：

颅内动脉瘤是神经外科一种常见的脑血管类疾病，是指颅内动脉壁的局限性、病理性扩张,存在破裂风险，虽然颅内动脉瘤年破率低，但一旦破裂将引起严重后果，颅内动脉瘤破裂引起的蛛网膜下腔出现可导致患者头痛剧烈、意识障碍、恶心呕吐、偏瘫失语、大小便失禁、癫痫发作、神经功能障碍等,可直接导致患者死亡。本研究拟基于循证护理的方法构建颅内动脉瘤患者个案管理方案，对颅内动脉瘤患者收案、管案、随访、结案几个部分内容进行循证及专家论证，并对颅内动脉瘤住院患者进行临床实践研究，旨在缓解其负性情绪、提高生存质量。为颅内动脉瘤患者提供高质量护理服务。  

Objectives of Study：

Intracranial aneurysm is a common cerebrovascular disease in neurosurgery, referring to the localized and pathological dilation of the intracranial arterial wall with a risk of rupture. Although the annual rupture rate of intracranial aneurysms is low, once ruptured, it can lead to severe consequences. Subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by the rupture of an intracranial aneurysm can result in severe headache, disturbance of consciousness, nausea and vomiting, hemiplegia, aphasia, urinary and fecal incontinence, seizures, neurological dysfunction, etc., and may even directly cause the patient's death. This study intends to construct a case management program for patients with intracranial aneurysms based on evidence-based nursing. It will conduct evidence-based verification and expert demonstration on the aspects of case acceptance, case management, follow-up, and case closure for patients with intracranial aneurysms, and carry out clinical practice research on hospitalized patients with intracranial aneurysms. The aim is to alleviate their negative emotions, improve their quality of life, and provide high-quality nursing services for patients with intracranial aneurysms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有精神病史、认知功能障碍者，言语和（或）听力障碍者，合并严重的心功能衰竭、其它严重的躯体疾病等不愿参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who had psychiatric history, cognitive impairment, speech and/or hearing impairment, severe heart failure, or other serious physical diseases were unwilling to participate in this study.
